Easy Pools Inc. is a pool installation and backyard design company based in Toronto, serving homeowners and commercial clients across the GTA. We’ve been building pools for over ten years — concrete, fibreglass, vinyl liner, ICF, above-ground, semi-inground, indoor, and commercial — and we’ve been doing full backyard transformations just as long, combining pools with stonework, patios, landscaping, lighting, and outdoor structures.
We’re not a large national franchise. We’re a Toronto company, building pools on Toronto lots, dealing with Toronto permits, and taking the phone calls ourselves.

The Easy Pools Story
Most people don’t think much about their backyard until something changes — the kids get older, they start entertaining more, a neighbour builds a pool and they realise what they’ve been missing. Then they look out at the yard and see what it could be instead of what it is.
That gap between the yard people have and the yard they want is where Easy Pools works.
We started over a decade ago building outdoor spaces — landscaping, stonework, retaining walls, patios — and pools came naturally from that. A pool is the centrepiece of an outdoor space, but it’s only as good as the environment around it. A concrete pool in a poorly thought-out yard, without the right decking, landscaping, and lighting, doesn’t deliver what the homeowner imagined. We understood that early, which is why we’ve always approached pool projects as backyard projects rather than just pool installations.
After ten years, the thing that’s stayed constant is the way we work: one dedicated project manager on every job, available to take your call, meet on site, and answer questions at every stage. No hand-off to a crew you’ve never met. No silence between milestones.

We Work
How We Work

One point of contact. Every Easy Pools project has a dedicated project manager — someone who knows your site, your scope, and your timeline, and who takes your calls. You won’t be passed between departments or left waiting for a response.

Site visit before anything else. Every project starts with a visit to the property. Yards in the GTA vary enormously — lot size, slope, soil, gate width, neighbour proximity, tree coverage, drainage. We assess all of it before a number is quoted, so the quote reflects your specific site, not a generic job.

Itemised quotes. You see what each phase of the project costs — excavation, pool structure, equipment, coping, permits — before you sign anything. Nothing is bundled to obscure where the money goes, and numbers don’t change mid-project unless something genuinely unforeseen is found underground and we’ve told you in writing first.

Permit handling included. We prepare and submit the Zoning Certificate and Pool Fence Enclosure Permit to the City of Toronto on every project. The submission cost is included — it’s not an add-on. We track the application, manage revisions, and co-ordinate City inspections.

A 3-year workmanship warranty. All pool equipment and hard landscaping is warranted against defects in workmanship for three years from project completion. One-time free repair or replacement per item within that period.

Milestone-based payments. 10% at signing. 30% when excavation is done and the pool kit is in. 40% when the main work is complete. 20% at final completion. The biggest payment comes when the work is furthest along — not upfront.

The backyard is the part of your home you actually live in during the months that matter most in this climate. A pool that’s been rushed, or a deck that’s been laid without proper base preparation, or an enclosure fence that doesn’t meet bylaw requirements — these aren’t just inconveniences. They’re expensive to fix and they colour how you feel about the whole project.
We’re not the cheapest pool installer in the GTA. We’re not trying to be. What we’re trying to do is build something you’re genuinely glad you have — something that looks right, functions right, and holds up — and to do it without the stress that comes from poor communication, surprise costs, and workmanship that doesn’t survive a Toronto winter.
